Rock Spring Announces New Senior Leadership Appointments

We are excited to announce several promotions and additions within our leadership team to help support the company’s growth and expansion plans.

Over the past year we have opened offices in both Charleston and Richmond, and we're excited to announce the opening of our newest office in Atlanta! Our expansion into the Southeast reflects our confidence in the region's potential for growth.

Maintaining the values and culture that have guided Rock Spring’s past success is the most critical goal for our future growth. We have developed our leadership structure to capitalize on the experience of our existing team, while also adding new team members who bring different perspectives and additional experience. All of which will help us navigate our expansion and growth on a larger scale.

Rock Spring Building Group Leadership:

Rock Spring Building Group will continue to oversee Rock Spring Contracting, and it is here where we are excited to announce the new leadership that will provide guidance, strategy, and support to Rock Spring Contracting as we expand.

Nick DeSarno (Co-Owner & CEO), Sean Keegan (Co-Owner & President), and Nick Altieri (CFO) are joined by Bob Milkovich, former CEO of Rand Construction, who will operate as our new COO, and Teresa Teare, partner at Shawe Rosenthal LLP, who will serve as our General Counsel and CAO.

Bob and Teresa bring vast knowledge and experience as we continue to grow, and we are thrilled to have them on the team.

Rock Spring Contracting Leadership:

Chris Leonette and Brad Richardson have been elevated to Executive Vice President. Chris as Rock Spring’s General Manager, providing executive oversight of all construction operations, and Brad as Mid-Atlantic Market Manager, overseeing operations of our primary region.

Craig Beamer has been promoted to Senior Vice President and will be relocating to Atlanta as our Market Manager in the Southeast. A twenty year veteran in the industry, with a decade of experience at Rock Spring, Craig embodies our values and culture, and his transition to leading our Southeast team marks a significant step forward for his and the company’s growth.

Promotions to Vice President include Mike DeSarno, as National Director of Mission Critical, Daniel Keegan, as National Director of Preconstruction, and Craig Lewis, as National Director of Purchasing.  Kate Dugan will remain in her role as Vice President of Operations, overseeing Human Resources, Safety, and project support functions.

Rock Spring Contracting, founded in 2010 by Nick DeSarno and Sean Keegan, is a top tier commercial subcontractor headquartered in the Greater Washington DC area, with additional offices in Richmond, Charleston, and Atlanta. Offering a wide array of service lines including but not limited to high-end interiors and ceilings, data center construction, demolition, and hauling, Rock Spring prides itself on quality craftmanship and relationships with long-term clients. Their award winning work is a direct result of the high performing team in place, positive and safe working environments, and a culture that values each individual across the company.
