Rock Spring has built a specific team, separate from Project Management, dedicated to purchasing materials.  Our experienced purchasing team has deep knowledge of material manufacturers so they can make the best value engineering suggestions and ensure that we are getting and providing the best cost on materials. They are experts in submittals, managing long lead time materials, and understanding challenging stocking logistics.

Value engineering at Rock Spring focuses on adding value by providing alternative methods and materials. We find options to meet critical elements of the design without sacrificing functionality. This includes collaborating with the General Contractors to identify alternative systems, materials, and methods of construction to better meet all design objectives. Rock Spring provides customers with estimates and cost reduction summaries that clearly communicate the impact of our alternative suggestions.
