Rock Spring provided specialized labor and Tate materials to build out the Raised Access Floor system of a 48,000 Data Center. Our scope included the layout and installation at mechanical galleries, corridors and data hall; all of which included multiple versions of Tate Concore HPL Panels and a 36' Bolted Stringer Systems along with the necessary BIM modeling.

This high-profile project had aggressive schedule demands that Rock Spring was able to meet. Our scope included 5 floors of walls and wood door installations with complex frame modifications. Rock Spring performed accurate measurements for over (450) elevations.

This job, located in Northeast DC, was awarded to Rock Spring in early 2020. Rock Spring furnished and installed the Kinetics Ceiling Panels and the Arktura soft grid, and installed the Modernus demountable office fronts. The team was able to work through the entirety of the project with zero positive COVID cases.

Brand new 5 story core and shell building at the Wharf in DC

In partnership with our Technology division, this Industrial Data Hall demolition included removal of SCIF partitions with 25 FT deck heights, raised floors, and extensive MEP Equipment removal.

Rock Spring kicked off this full building repositioning of an existing shopping mall. Demolition scope included the full interior removal of existing shops, elevated slabs, escalators, elevators shafts, exterior storefront, exterior precast, and terraces.

Rock Spring partnered with AECOM Tishman to deliver this core & shell data center along with the data hall fit outs almost simultaneously to help fast-track the schedule and customer delivery date. The data hall fit-out boasts heavy gauge partitions reaching 40' in height that Rock Spring helped design-build with the GC and Architect.

Rock Spring's scope on this PG County School base build included specialty ceilings, baffles, gymnasium panels, classrooms, kitchen, exterior curtain wall, and roof work. The job had scale pay and MBE participation requirements that Rock Spring was able to meet.

Both Drywall & Demountables divisions from Rock Spring partnered with HITT for T-Mobile's HQ. The scope of this project included an upgraded lobby, fitness center, and restrooms throughout 9 floors. The Drywall team used Frasch baffles, impact acoustics, and gridstone tiles for the ceiling work. The Demountables team installed several systems for conference and office spaces.
