In partnership with Gilbane, Rock Spring completed the architectural and MEP removal of more than 60 residence hall units on an active campus. The job was performed on an expedited schedule requiring coordination of multiple shifting and a 7 day work week.

This large law office job was a multi phased dense office space build out with high-end finishes. Rock Spring was able to deliver a month ahead of schedule.

Rock Spring had the exciting opportunity to work directly for one of our Architect partners. We completed a Modernus Install at the renovated Hickock Cole headquarters.

This project included two shell buildings that were to be fit out individually in 8-10 phases each. Rock Spring was brought on to perform the hot aisle containment and drywall scopes. A perfect combination as the ACT scope ties into the aisles making coordination and installation significantly easier for all trades involved

Rock Spring's drywall scope on this project with Davis Construction included Core & Shell drywall for the full 8 story building, and interior build out of 6 floors. Interior build out included two SCIF floors with US Citizen requirements. The interior build out also included specialty ceilings by 9Wood and ACGI.

This architectural and structural demolition included the removal of a 2-story 75-ton granite water fountain feature. The project included heavy equipment, scaffolding, and maximum safety protocol. The Rock Spring team furnished and installed temporary barriers and enclosures to maintain a secure site for the building. The team worked around the clock to help meet aggressive schedule needs.

Rock Spring renovated two dormitories and central plazas. Our scope included interior and exterior partitions and rough carpentry consisting of wood trusses and rooftop blocking and substrate. The project was delivered in a very accelerated schedule.

Rock Spring completed this drywall project with DWATTS and Gensler for this high end law firm. The project included several Decoustics ceilings and high end specialty finshes throughout the site.

This 4 floor build-out of Medstar's Columbia, MD headquarters totaled 90,000 square feet. A detailed drywall package including specialty acoustical treatment, ran concurrently with the base build project.

HITT selected Rock Spring for this two floor renovation of Microsoft's VA office. The ceiling scope included many specialty ceilings of brands such as TURF, Arktura, Kvadrat, buzzi space, and more.

Rock Spring partnered with Davis and JLL to demo and build back multiple floors in Nat Geo's office buildings. The project was phased by floors, requiring detailed coordination and critical schedule milestones.

A complete renovation of the PNC Diamond Club and luxury suites totaling 15,000 square feet in which Rock Spring completed both the demo scope and very high-end, detailed drywall scope including Armstrong Woodworks ceilings and exterior structural framing.
