Rock Spring worked with Gilbane and ALUR to install 4,500 LF of ALUR's single glazed wall system at the Altria offices in Richmond, Virginia. Rock Spring managed all demountable job site material logistics, and adhered to Gilbane's additional safety requirements including the use of podium ladders, drug tests, and heightened PPE requirements.

Complete interior gut of mixed use office and warehouse space. Removal of 90K SF of slab on grab for new work. Removal of all MEP rooftop units and removal of all perimeter windows. Multiple Exterior precast cuts for new rollup doors.

3 Amazon Sortation Centers build out including office space for employees. Rock Spring installed rigid insulation at the entire interior perimeter of warehouse and built our office space. Walls were 35', requiring employees to work off lifts. Rock Spring was able to meet the tight schedule demands.

Rock Spring completed the full floor interior demolition in a 2 week schedule, requiring a night shift. Demolition included a complete gut of dense office build out and all trash removal services.

This hospital renovation scope included building out patient rooms, installing exterior mechanical shaft and screen walls, and building ICRA walls.

This unique project required the removal of 36 sections of bleachers inside Capital One Arena. The project required heavy equipment to transport, dismantle and recycle the seats and was completed while working around Arena events.

At Capital One's headquarters in McLean, Rock Spring gutted this 65,000 square foot space ahead of schedule and was brought on board to perform the build-out as well. The build-out included Rulon specialty ceilings, Axiom ceilings, and engineered people nooks.

Furnish and installation of 60K SF of Tate Raised Access floors and custom built stairs and ramps; project delivered ahead of schedule.

Rock Spring completed a 12 floor build out of a brand new headquarters for Chemonics with multiple specialty ceilings and demountable walls throughout

Rock Spring completed the drywall, ACT, and structural ceiling scope associated with this 562,000 SF core & shell project. In addition, the scope of work included delivering the first four data halls which involved a substantial amount of design built bridging and bracing in the structural ceiling to accommodate the MEP systems.

This was a mission critical project that was restricted to US Citizens and required extensive security requirements. Rock Spring completed the ceiling systems in 4 accredited computer rooms along with an accredited office area consisting of mesh partitions, radiant foil, and bullet resistant partitions.

Rock Spring partnered with Whiting Turner to retrofit this existing Data Hall consisting of 43,000 SF of new Tate Raised Access Floors. This project consisted of the removal of existing flooring, ramps and railings and going back with new Tate Concore HPL panels and perforated panels set on a 36' high Bolted Stringer understructure. Rock Spring also provided mock ups, BIM Modeling and all necessary shop drawings.
