Rock Spring partnered with Gilbane to build out 4 floors for United Health Group at the brand new 655 New York Avenue. High-end finishes, including Decoustics and Certainteed Metalworks ceilings, along with a quickly moving schedule, made for a challenging but exciting project.

Rock Spring's scope included the core & shell and 8 data halls over multiple phases, covering 48 weeks. Rock Spring had an extensive exterior framing scope that included curtain walls, screen walls at the gen yard, screen walls on the roof, and a pent house. In addition, each hall included strut in an 8' x 8' grid layout with ACT tile and grid integrated within.

This ongoing, 6-year, phased renovation of three buildings on the Walter Reed Medical Center campus includes rebuilding patient rooms and administrative space. Rock Spring's scope also includes the build out of temporary barriers throughout. This is a wage scale project.

Elite hired Rock Spring to install 2 full floors of their single glazed wall system for the We Work site in Washington DC. The scope included the installation of a series of pivot doors, sliding glass doors and elaborate hardware.

Rock Spring completed the demolition and drywall scope for this 60K SF office remodel. This high-end project included Armstrong Metalworks Blades throughout, and was completed within an air tight schedule. The project won the Washington Building Congress Craftsmanship Award for Drywall in 2018.

Rock Spring's scope for this six floor law firm build out included high end finishes, Decoustics ceilings and a custom Venetian plaster wall finish. The project was delivered on time with a tight schedule.

Rock Spring partnered with Hensel Phelps on a multiphase project for WMATA HQ. Starting with a 14-story core & shell followed by an interior build out with high end ceilings throughout. The team also furnished and installed 53,000 sq ft of Tate ConCor and Stoneworks Access Floors throughout office areas, corridors, and data halls.

This 7 floor full interior removal was done on a consolidated schedule, which Rock Spring was able to complete 2 weeks early. The project included LEED V4 Tracking from our Hauling services and restroom demolition.

Rock Spring completed exterior and interior renovations on the first 6 floors, including a full interior gut, new entrance vestibules, and build-out of amenities including a conference center, fitness center, new restrooms and locker rooms.

Rock Spring kicked off this full building repositioning which including the removal of 12 floors of office space, a fa�ade opening, and approximately 5,000 SF of elevated slab removal. Rock Spring also furnished and installed all interior and exterior temporary barrier systems for the project.

Rock Spring performed this build out of Alarm.com's headquarters In Tysons Corner, VA. This detailed job spanned 6 floors and 120,000 square feet. The job included cloud ceilings, Armstrong Metalworks ceilings, water feature and other custom and specialty design work.
