Interior build out of first generation tenant office space for Splunk. Included specialty Arktura ceiling system.

Rock Spring performed demolition of a portion of an existing building to allow for the addition of a student center and classrooms. Rock Spring also handled the exterior drywall scope which included framing and insulation as well as the interior drywall scope that included many high-end finishes and specialty ceilings.

Rock Spring's demolition scope included the tear down and removal of the two story existing gymnasium structure along with slab on grade removal. Rock Spring brought in heavy equipment and implemented high level safety requirements to complete the project on an on active high school campus.

Rock Spring partnered with Davis Construction & Fox Architects on the demountable wall install for Stream Realty. Systems used were Modernus Lama system.

Rock Spring was able to meet the increasing schedule demands at this six floor phased project. Our scope included installation of complex sliding door systems at numerous locations and multiple elevations that required pinpoint framing procedures.

Rock Spring partnered with CBG for this complete gut and build back of an existing office space conversion to multi family. The drywall scope included complete build out of multi family amenities, as well as structural infill of existing perimeter windows. Extensive trade coordination was required.

This two floor law firm build-out at the Georgetown Waterfront included Armstrong specilaty ceilings and Pyrok acoustical plaster dome ceilings. Rock Spring also completed the demountable wall scope.
