When Noblis, Inc. relocated their headquarters to Reston, VA Rock Spring partnered with Rand Construction in building a new 180,000 square foot office space that included many high end details and several specialty ceiling products such as Arktura Baffles and Armstrong Altitudes Torsion Spring Systems. The project was LEED Platinum and the schedule was 26 weeks.
