At Rock Spring, we recognize the value diversity brings to our employees, clients and communities we serve. The goal of our Diversity Program is to strengthen the culture of inclusion within our company and to promote small and diverse businesses in our purchasing process.
We work with our small and diverse suppliers to educate and empower them to grow, including assistance with the development of robust safety programs, employment law education, and general operational advice.
Rock Spring is also recognized for its diversity hiring. We support both minority and women in the workforce and promote these individuals into supervisory and leadership positions.

WORKER PROTECTION & EDUCATION
Rock Spring uses VERFICO, a software designed to ensure that all subcontractor employees are paid and classified properly and fairly. Wage theft is most common among women and minority worker populations, and Rock Spring is committed to being a leader in demonstrating how companies can ensure it does not occur on their job sites.
English as a second language, blueprint reading, project management and other continuing education courses reimbursed for all employees to encourage growth and opportunity at any level.
All employees attend ongoing specialized safety training designed for our trades.
Rock Spring is thrilled to highlight an amazing woman who started with Rock Spring as a laborer and is now a Foreman on our Data Center jobs.
